Measuring for a Big Air Bimini
The Big Air Bimini is a semi-custom bimini that is made to the interior measurements of your installed tower.
We recommend taking the following measurements one foot (12 inches) down from the top of your tower. This is to ensure that we clear any hanging accessories (speakers, lights, etc.) when your bimini is installed.
You can choose to take your measurements higher or lower on your tower, but please note that where you take your measurements from is where the bimini is going to mount.
There are 5 important dimensions that determine the proper size of the bimini top. Those dimensions are what we call the "X", "Y", "Z", "CF", and "CR".
Please take moment to review these measurements before submitting your order.
"X" measurement is the distance between the front vertical tower tubes one foot (12 inches) below the top of the tower.
"Y" measurement is the distance between the rear vertical tower tubes one foot (12 inches) below the top of the tower.
"Z" measurement is the distance between the front and rear vertical tower tubes one foot (12 inches) below the top of the tower.
"CF" and "CR" is the circumference of the tower tubes.
"CF"- front tubes
"CR"- rear tubes
