If your hull is thinner than 3/8″ thick then we recommend you reinforce the fiberglass with a Big Air Hull reinforcement kit for tower installation.
– Four 1/2″ thick 5″ x 9″ sheets of marine grade plywood
– One 10oz. tube of 3M 5200 adhesive for ease of application

Description
Kit includes four 1/2-inch thick marine grade plywood cut to 5×9 inches. The reinforcement plates mount inside your hull in the tower mount area to provide necessary stability to your hull so as to reduce chances of fiberglass damage.
