Shipping and Return Policy

Order Lead Time:

You purchased. You got the confirmation email. Now you want the product(s)! We all have that little impatient kid inside of us. We absolutely understand and we want you to have your product(s) too!

Most products will usually ship the same/next business day (Monday – Friday) depending on when the order is placed. We strive to get as many orders as possible shipped the same day.
Bimini Tops are considered a semi-custom item and are made to order. Normal lead time on a bimini top is 3-10 business days, plus shipping time.

You will typically have the option to choose your shipping carrier/speed during checkout. We offer shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Most larger products (ie. towers, biminis, speakers, etc.) and free shipping* orders, will ship via UPS Ground (to the lower 48 states) which usually takes 1-5 business days, depending on the receiving location. Small accessories or parts items can ship USPS Ground Advantage, which is a 2-5 business day service, or Priority Mail, which is a 2-3 business day service.

If you are interested in expedited shipping services, you can choose to upgrade your shipping to UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2-Day Air, or UPS Overnight. These shipping upgrades are currently available through our online checkout. Please be sure and let us know what product(s) we are quoting and which shipping service(s) you are interested in as well. Free Shipping Policy:

You will receive FREE Shipping on all orders over $200. Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to the minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to the lower 48 states.

Tracking Your Order

We know you are eager to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment from My Account.

Exchanges:

Within 30 days of receiving your order from Big Air Wake Towers Inc., you may exchange any non-custom product. We cannot accept exchanges on customized products or part purchases. All items must be in their original condition and packaging, and cannot be assembled, installed, or damaged. Items that do not meet these criteria will be refused for an exchange. You will be responsible for all shipping charges and (if applicable) any upgrade fees that might incur in the exchange of the item.

To start an exchange, please send an email to info@bigairwaketowers.com with your order invoice number and details of your exchange. You may also choose to call us at 855-252-5314, please have your order information available when calling. If approved, you will be provided with a RMA number.

Returns:

Within 30 days of receiving your order from Big Air Wake Towers Inc., you may return any non-custom product. We cannot accept returns on customized products. Part purchases are also exempt from being returned.  All items must be in their original condition and packaging, and cannot be assembled, installed, or damaged. Items that do not meet these criteria will be refused for a return and no credit issued. Any orders refused at the time of delivery and/or returned without an approved RMA number will be charged a 20% restocking fee on the entire order. Original shipping charges from the order, including orders that qualified for free shipping, will be reduced from the refunded amount, this includes the shipping back to us for the refused shipment.

All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. In many cases, as long as the item is received in new condition, we try our best to reduce or waive this fee, but we make no guarantees. Original freight charges, including orders that qualified for free shipping, are non-refundable.
*All parts that have been assembled or installed are not returnable

If the incorrect part is sent to you due to our error, we will issue a CALL TAG with our freight company, and send out the correct part.  We are not responsible for any installation errors or labor that occurs as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.

NOTE: All items approved for return must be received back to us, with all correct information and RS number issued by us, within 30 days of order receipt date or the return will be cancelled and no credit will be issued. 

To begin the return, email info@bigairwaketowers.com. Please include your invoice number, your contact information (if different from initial invoice), details of what item(s), and reason for return.

Shipping Exchanges and Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging or returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your RMA number is provided, you may proceed with shipping the item(s) back two ways;

  1. You, the customer, may ship the item back via your preferred shipping method at your cost.
  2. Or Big Air Wake Towers, Inc. can provide you with a pre-paid shipping label, and the shipping costs will then be deducted from your return or the cost applied to your exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach our warehouse may vary. Please allow 5-7 business days for arrival for all domestic shipments. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot cover returned or exchanged shipments that we did not receive.

Refunds:

Refunds for returns can take up to 30 days to process and credit from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited via store credit or to the payment method you used in the original purchase. You will receive a “credit approved” e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If after 30 days, you have still not received a credit please e-mail the returns department.

Late or missing refunds

If you have received your “credit approved” email but haven’t received a refund yet, we first recommend checking your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged and/or Missing Items:

While we do our absolute best to ensure that your items arrive to you in the same condition they left our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for all items during shipping. In the instance that you receive a damaged part(s) you must call Big Air Wake Towers Inc. customer service toll free at 855-252-5314 and state such. Please be prepared to send in photos of the damage, via email. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving/not receiving your shipment. Do not install your product until approval from a Big Air representative.

Big Air Wake Towers Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. All claims for such must be processed through the shipping carrier.
